Season 2, Episode 8
Before we dig in, I'd like to share that this is the last episode of season 2. Crazy how quickly time has flown by. Each episode has been a journey, from getting the questions to finding the expert and creating the story. I’ve loved it and have appreciated all the responses and the stories of real mamas implementing what we have shared through the podcast. It has me thrilled and I look forward to carrying on the mission of building a tribe of empowered mamas!
I’m your host Rachel Maskell, and as the last show of season 2 for the #mumboss podcast we’re talking about beauty. Like all the topics we explore on the show this one is many layered. As on the go women we need to know what top products to use, how to best care for our skin and why looking good is not vain but valuable. To help us go beyond skin deep I brought on Sarah Garcia Azad of Pretty Intelligent to answer today’s burning mama question.

To embrace our own individual beauty and to not fear or shun the act of looking good...when it comes from a place of desire to enhance our inner beauty, it’s one of the best exercises we can do for ourselves. Take the time to feel good, the world, and your family, will thank you for it.
